GPR plans to pass on as much knowledge as possible to build the independent capabilities of our engineering personnel. This comes after having worked together with Clients in several countries & projects. Global Petroleum Resources will carry out on-the-job training and project assignment in any of our global offices through continuous studies and design work by the Client.
Each person undergoing training will be assigned a personal training mentor who will track their individual progress. This will ensure that the aims of the training program are fulfilled. Mentors will have one-on-one discussion with employees and suggest changes as necessary.
